In 2019 the project launched its youth engagement programme, its goal to help guide young people into future careers in the aerospace sector. With all services provided completely free to young people and educational establishments, we set about creating not only an effective, efficient, and age-appropriate communication channel, but where possible developing opportunities within industry to engage and inspire the next generation of aerospace professionals.

Aimed at 10 to 24-year-olds in full time education, the project has developed a wide range of informative guides and resource packs relevant to industry developments to assist young people in deciding potential paths to their chosen careers that are suitable to them. For teachers in educational settings we have developed a range of curricular compliant teaching resources covering STEM subjects presented with a history theme. Supporting the National Curriculum, this material is being prepared for release in Welsh for the National Curriculum for Wales. In 2025 we will also see this material developed for CfE Schools in Scotland.
