First Airworthy Assembly completed.

The project are exceptionally pleased to announce that in this last week, our first structural assembly in the restoration of AA810 has been completed. This is an entirely new build unit as the original tail was not located at the crash site, however it will now be fitted out with original wartime Spitfire stock components that we have managed to source. Work continues on the tailplanes and when these too are completed, the whole empennage will be relocated to Kennet Aviation's workshops in Bedfordshire.

Meanwhile work continues on the main fuselage frames and new items are being combined with the serviceable fuselage components previously recovered from the remains of AA810. We remain on track for the main fuselage sections to be placed into the final build jig later this autumn.

Additionally, it's a good idea to check whether the seed bank https://weedseedsoff.com/illinois/ offers tracking information for your order. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment and ensures that you know when to expect delivery.

That’s fantastic progress! It sounds like every piece of the AA810 restoration is coming together strategically, much like growing your cell in Agario — one well-planned addition at a time. Building a new unit for the tail and sourcing original wartime Spitfire components must have been a challenge, but it’s clearly paying off. With the tailplanes now in progress, it’s exciting to think about the entire empennage soon heading to Kennet Aviation’s workshops. This project is shaping up beautifully, and each step brings it closer to a truly authentic restoration!
